Welcome to StuDIYo. By accessing our website, booking workshops, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Use of Services

Our services are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age, or for minors with parental consent. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our services:

• In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• To infringe upon the rights of others or harm anyone in any way
• To transmit or distribute harmful software such as viruses, spyware, or malware
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks

Workshops and Events

Workshop and event bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule workshops or events with reasonable notice.

Payment for workshops and events is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. All bookings are confirmed only after payment has been processed.

Cancellation and refund policies for workshops and events:

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled workshop or event are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before are eligible for a 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before are not eligible for a refund
• In exceptional circumstances, we may consider alternative arrangements at our discretion

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of StuDIYo or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent, except for temporary viewing on a personal computer.

User Content

By submitting content to our website (such as reviews, comments, or media), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

You are solely responsible for any content you submit and warrant that it does not infringe on any third party's rights or violate any laws or regulations.

StuDIYo and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StuDIYo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs arising from or relating to your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
